Meet Melissa,
Melissa Gunstone, Founder of HomeStretch Active Living, is a Kinesiology graduate with a passion for helping seniors stay strong, steady, and independent. After studying at Western University, she dedicated her career to designing programs that improve balance, mobility, and confidence for older adults.
Over the years, Melissa has supported thousands of seniors across Canada through workshops, rehabilitation programs, and fall-prevention training. Now based in Ontario, she leads a growing team of kinesiologists serving communities including Niagara, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, and the Greater Toronto Area.
Melissa is also the founder of Sturdey Fall Prevention Tools, a line of safe and easy-to-use products that make senior fitness at home enjoyable. At HomeStretch, her mission is simple: to help seniors protect their independence and feel more confident every day. Whether through one-on-one training, workshops, or her signature Fall Risk Self-Assessment, her goal is to keep seniors safe, active, and connected.
