Meet Melissa Gunstone,
I’m a kinesiology graduate and personal trainer for seniors with a passion for helping older adults stay strong, steady, and independent at home. I studied Kinesiology at Western University and took an interest in what happend to the body’s systems as we age. I specialize in active aging, mobility support, and fall prevention.
I’ve built a team of passionate Kinesiologists for seniors in Toronto, Oakville, Niagara, and other areas of Ontario, offering in-home personal training and virtual personal training for seniors.
I’m also the founder of Sturdey Fall Prevention Tools, a line of safe and easy-to-use products that make senior fitness at home enjoyable.
Alongside my team at HomeStretch Ontario, I’m here to support you (or your loved ones) in staying active, healthy, and independent for as long as possible.
