About Our Brain & Balance Fall Prevention Masterclass:
How much does it cost ?
1
The investment to enroll in the full 6-Week Dundas Brain & Balance Program is $150 per person, beginning March 10, 2026.
That works out to just $25 per session for one full hour of guided education and movement led by a licensed Kinesiologist.
What can I expect each week?
2
Each 60-minute session includes:
30 minutes of structured education
You’ll learn research-based strategies developed by the Founder of HomeStretch Active Living, who has been delivering in-home fall prevention services across BC and Ontario for years and has helped boost confidence among hundreds of older adults.
30 minutes of guided group exercise
You’ll immediately apply what you’ve learned through safe, progressive drills designed specifically for adults over 60.
This is not a generic fitness class. It’s a structured masterclass that blends science, movement, and community — with plenty of laughter built in.
